The Show, Speak, Send Scorecard

Answer yes or no for how your buyer tours usually go today, not how you would like them to go.

A. Notes at each showing

What do you have when you leave each home?

1. On a buyer tour, I capture a quick note at each home before I leave it (spoken or typed), not only at the end of the day.
2. Each showing note starts with the address, so I can tell the homes apart later.

B. Listing facts

Do the numbers in your recap come from the listing?

3. I keep the MLS® sheet for every home we toured and take prices, sizes and room counts from it, not from memory.
4. When my notes and the listing disagree (bedroom count, price history, square footage), I flag it and confirm it instead of picking one.

C. Promises and private notes

What did you promise, and what stays private?

5. I keep a list of what I promised to check at each home, separate from things I might look into.
6. My private notes (my own price opinions, negotiating thoughts, inspection hunches) stay out of the email my buyers see.

D. Recap speed

How fast do your buyers get a side-by-side?

7. My buyers usually get a side-by-side recap of the homes the same day as the tour.
8. My recap shows what each buyer liked, what gave them pause, their latest ranking, and ends with one clear next-steps question.

E. Consent and care

What happens before you record, and when something seems off?

9. If I record my buyers' own words, I ask for their consent first.
10. When I notice something unusual (a smell, a stain), I write it as "needs checking" for the inspector instead of diagnosing it.

The one thing to fix first

Self-reported snapshot, not a diagnosis. Each area is scored out of 2, one point for each yes. When areas tie, the fix that comes earlier on a tour (notes, then consent, then listing facts, then promises, then the recap) is shown first.

If you continue to Calendly, your score, band, area to fix first and 10 coded answers are sent to Calendly with the booking link. No client information is requested.
