Supercharge Setup

I'll set up your Supercharged Client Conversations

You saw Supercharge Your Client Conversations. If you'd rather not wire it up alone, I'll set it up with you: a recorder that fits how you work, ChatGPT connected to Fireflies, Gmail and Calendar, the Meeting Follow-Up Assistant prompt installed and tested, and consent wording ready — with drafts only until you approve.

What's included

  • Pick and set up a recorder that fits how you work: hardware such as Plaud or Fieldy, an app such as Fireflies or Granola, or your phone's built-in recorder (Voice Memos, Pixel Recorder, or Samsung Transcript Assist).
  • Connect Fireflies, Gmail and Google Calendar to ChatGPT through Plugins, so transcripts and drafts use your real accounts.
  • Install and test the Meeting Follow-Up Assistant prompt on a real or sample meeting — summary, your actions, the client's actions, a calendar proposal, and a draft email.
  • Consent wording for recording, so you can ask first, every time, and know what your tool stores.
  • Approval-first safety: drafts only. Nothing is sent and no calendar event is created without your OK.
  • A short live session on your screen, plus a follow-up check-in if something needs tuning.
Ground rules

It's yours, start to finish

  • You own your accounts and pay for your own ChatGPT and recorder tools.
  • I don't host anything. No middleman, nothing of yours on my systems.
  • Nothing sends without your OK. The assistant drafts the email and proposes the calendar event. You approve before anything goes.

Order your setup

One-time price $295 CAD Plus GST (5%). Includes the live setup session and a short check-in if needed.

After you order, I'll be in touch to book your session.

Rather do it yourself?

That's fine too. Grab the free prompt and take the Supercharge Check, and you can set it up on your own.
