The short version: On Tuesday, November 3, I'm showing how an AI assistant can read your email and calendar overnight, so you start the day with one short brief and replies ready to approve. It's free, online, and runs from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Pacific (1 p.m. Eastern). Reserve your free seat.
Most REALTOR®s I know start the day the same way. Phone in one hand, coffee in the other, scrolling through everything that came in overnight and trying to work out what actually needs them before the first appointment.
In 22 years as a REALTOR®, that first hour was where my day got away from me. It was never one big email. It was forty small ones, mixed in with a calendar that had already changed since I last looked.
What "caught up by 7 a.m." looks like
- Overnight. Your assistant reads the new email in your inbox and looks at today's calendar while you sleep.
- One brief. You start the day with one short summary: what needs you, what can wait, and what's on your calendar today.
- Ready to approve. Replies to the messages that need one are drafted and waiting. You read them, change what you want, and approve them.
Nothing goes out without you
This is the part I care about most. The assistant prepares the work. It doesn't send anything, accept anything or move anything on its own. You check the facts, make the judgment calls and approve each reply. Your brokerage may have its own rules on AI, so check those too.
What you'll see in the session
Fifteen minutes of demonstration, then fifteen minutes for your questions. I'll walk through a morning brief from start to finish, show where the review points are, and talk about what's worth automating first and what isn't. If you'd like to read about the inbox side before you come, I wrote it up in Email triage for REALTOR®s.
The session is open to REALTOR®s anywhere in Canada. Times are Pacific, so add three hours if you're in the East.
Prefer to have it set up for you instead? That's what REALClarity Pro does: email triage is one of the workflows in every tier, set up in the accounts you already use.
Reserve your free seat for November 3, or see the full Tuesday schedule.
