Mark Shepard spent 22 years as a Victoria REALTOR®. Before that he worked in business computing, including co-founding Shepard Computer Systems in the late 1980s.
That combination matters. A process can look impressive in a diagram and still fail during a busy day, an emotional client conversation or a rushed handoff between an agent and administrator.
Mark retired his real estate licence in May 2026 to focus on helping REALTOR®s, teams and brokerages strengthen the operating layer around their client relationships.
The goal is not more AI. The goal is fewer missed promises, cleaner handoffs and stronger client relationships.
