AI Professor was founded by Mark Shepard — a BC-based tech entrepreneur and REALTOR® with over 35 years of experience in software, systems, and sales.

From co-founding Shepard Computer Systems (1987–2000), where he developed business software for public agencies and private clients, to building a 20+ year career in residential real estate (2003-2026), Mark understands both sides of the AI equation.

After successfully building and running a technology company for 13 years, Mark transitioned to real estate to gain deep industry expertise and understand how businesses really operate. Now he's returning to his tech entrepreneurship roots with AI Professor.
