Consistency wins: 10 minutes every Friday

Five ideas, one draft, your review, and you post it yourself. The habit that keeps you showing up.

Navy title card reading Consistency wins. 10 minutes. Every Friday. Five ideas, one draft, your review. You post it yourself.
Five ideas, one draft, your review. You post it yourself.

The short version: Posting regularly matters more than posting perfectly. Every Friday takes about 10 minutes: your assistant gives you five topic ideas for your market, you pick one, it drafts the post, you review every word and you post it yourself. Nothing posts automatically. This is the habit I set up for REALTOR®s.

You know you should post. There is just never time to write.

I hear this from almost every agent I talk to. The intention is there. The blank page wins anyway, week after week, because there is always a client call, a showing or an offer that matters more right now.

The 10-minute Friday habit

  1. Five ideas. Your assistant researches real estate topics for your market and gives you five ideas.
  2. Pick one. You choose the one that fits the week.
  3. A first draft. It writes the post.
  4. Your review. You read every word and change whatever does not sound like you.
  5. You post it. Yourself, in the tools you already use.

About 10 minutes. Nothing ever posts automatically.

Why consistency beats perfect

One brilliant post every few months does less than a useful post every week. People remember the agent who keeps showing up with something helpful about their neighbourhood or their market. The hard part was never the writing. It was starting.

I spent 22 years as a REALTOR®, and the agents who kept showing up understood one thing: your best material is already in your head and in your notes. The questions buyers asked this week, what you saw at a showing, what changed in your area.

The same habit, set up for you

REALClarity Pro Silver and up includes content drafts from your own notes. Your assistant drafts a neighbourhood or market blog post, listing descriptions and social posts, ready to paste. You check every piece, then you post it yourself, in the website or tools you already use. I do not touch or rebuild your website.

What would you post this week if the first draft were already waiting for you? See how content drafts work in REALClarity Pro, or join a free Tuesday session to see one workflow at a time.
