Most REALTOR®s I talk to know they should be posting more. A new listing, a sale or a change in the market is a good reason to post. The hard part is turning that one update into more than one post, and doing it every week without starting from a blank page each time.
I spent 22 years as a REALTOR®, and writing posts was always the job that slid to the bottom of the list. Something more urgent always came first.
What the Content Manager session covers
- One update in. Start with one thing you already have: your listing, a sale or a market update.
- A week of drafts out. Your assistant turns it into a week of social posts, each written in your voice.
- You review and approve. Read each draft, change what you want, approve it, and schedule it from one place instead of writing every post from scratch.
Nothing goes out without you
This is the part I care about most. The assistant prepares the work. You check the facts, make the judgment calls and approve each post. Nothing goes out until you approve it. Your brokerage may have its own rules on advertising and AI, so check those too.
What you'll see in the session
Fifteen minutes of demonstration, then fifteen minutes for your questions. I'll take one update from start to finish and show where the review points are. It's a preview of the workflow and the review points, not proof that every tool you use is already connected.
