The short version: REALClarity Pro comes in three tiers. I set each one up in your own accounts. Every tier includes weekly office hours with me on Thursdays at 9 AM PT. Your AI assistant prepares the work. You check it before anything goes out.
I spent 22 years as a REALTOR®. People ask what this costs, so here it is plainly. All prices are CAD plus GST. Your own tools, such as an AI subscription, are billed by each provider, and I will tell you which ones you need on the free call.
Bronze, Silver and Gold
- Bronze: $995 setup plus $99 a month. Email triage, client meeting follow-up and showing follow-up.
- Silver: $1,495 setup plus $195 a month. Everything in Bronze, plus first replies to new leads and content drafts from your own notes.
- Gold: $2,495 setup plus $395 a month. Everything in Silver, plus a HeyGen avatar video workflow you run yourself, first access to new workflows and a private monthly call with me. Gold is limited to five clients at a time.
Each tier is still one workflow at a time. I do not hand you a do-everything tool. I set up the jobs that match how you already work, then you keep the review with you.
Founding offer
Founding clients pay $495 for Bronze setup (regular $995). The monthly fee stays $99. In return, a short testimonial once it is working. Office hours every Thursday at 9 AM PT sit in every tier, including Bronze.

Whatever you choose, the pattern is the same as fixing one thing first and the habit in small, narrow jobs: one workflow, one job.
